Weekly Update

Week of August 31st - September 4th:

Reading: We will be diving into narrative nonfiction. We will focus on a story's text structure and sequential order.

Grammar: We will focus on compound words.

Math: We will begin out first unit on place value. Students will be identifying a number's place value through thousands, comparing numbers, and ordering numbers.

Science: Students will be introduced to life cycles.
